Elementary Band begins in 5th grade with three areas of instruction: lessons, school band, and Saturday or Monday Band. Playing a musical instrument fosters improvement in math skills, self-expression, teamwork & collaboration, music appreciation, self-discipline, and perseverance. But most importantly, music develops their God-given talents for His glory.
